In-store pickup is available. You will receive a notification email with the instruction once the order become ready to pickup.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 Business days except for special order items. Customers are offered to select a desired shipping method (USPS / UPS / FedEx / * DHL) at the checkout page.
* As of 10/1/2019, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to customers in the state of Kansas.
* We ship USPS packages without "Signature Confirmation", and UPS/Fedex without "Signature Required". Please contact us if you need "Signature Confirmation" service for your order.
* Order Cut-off Time: 12:00PM (EST) Business days.
* Please note, all delivery times are estimates and MeMe Antenna is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, international customs regulations, or any other unforeseen factors.
We ship internationally. Please contact us If your country is not listed.
* Free Shipping Does not apply for international shipping.
** Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country.
** USPS First-class international shipping is shipped with "Delivery Confirmation" service. With this service, only eligible destination will get the confirmation. The tracking will stop and cease to update once ineligible shipments depart the U.S.. Other international shipping service will be traceable.
Loss or Damage / Insurance:
All USPS shipments are not insured. We do not cover the cost of the loss or damage occurred during the shipping. If you need to insure your package, please contact us before placing an order.
* USPS Priority Mail includes $50 insurance and USPS Priority Mail Express includes $100 insurance.
* UPS / Fedex shipments are insured
We offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $99 except for special items. Ineligibility of free shipping will be indicated at the product description page. If the order total is more than $99 but contains item(s) ineligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated with the special items' weight and dimensions. The eligible items will be excluded from the shipping calculation.
* For free shipping, We use USPS Ground Advantage (Formerly First-Class Package Service), Priority or UPS/FedEx Ground depends on the items.
* For special item with free "Standard" shipping, we use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS/FedEx Ground depends on the items.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Used & Vintage Items: No return Accepted.
New Items: You have 14 DAYS upon receipt of your order to file a claim.
- Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs.
- For the Free Shipping items, the freight charge will be deducted from the return credit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Defect or Damaged Item:
If there is manufacture's defect or there was damage caused during shipment, we will exchange or refund for the item depends on the stock status.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Unless you are returning a defective item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
